1. Change Your Body Language.
Mind and body is closely connected. You will always give out your mood through your body language. That is why I can look at anyone and tell how he/she feels. I see right thru and you can too. It’s easy.
Your body language always probably come first before you get in a certain mood. Be aware of how you sit, walk.. And change it if you have to. Keep the head straight, shoulders slightly back, keep the back straight and take up more space.
2. Go For A Walk.
If you are feeling bad or just kinda stressed out. Whenever you a fog in your head, just go for a walk and refresh. Refresh your mind, your body and relax.
Parks, nature is the best. Breath in that fresh air and watch how much better you feel.
3. I Love Myself, I Love Myself…
Repeat it over and over again. You don’t have to say it out loud (you can if you want to), just say it in your mind and feel it.
The trick to this tool is feeling what you are saying. Say it and feel it.
4. Do Something Weird With Your Body.
This goes in the body language, but the trick to this one is shocking your body for a moment. By shocking your body I mean doing something over the top real quick and it’s like Boom! Instantly you feel shocked and you get in a – as I like to call it “Don’t give a f mood”.
5. Remind Yourself This:
- We all gonna die one day, you are not here forever.
- Life is just a playground.
- You are not your emotions.
