1. Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone More Often Than You Should.

I know it’s hard bla bla bla.. Actually it’s not that hard, you just have to do it. Take that extra step and you will see how much better you feel. Take that baby step and work your way up.

2. Do What You Want More Often Than You Should. (Say What You Want)

How can you build up your confidence by doing what others want? To constantly do what others want is sick and wrong. Be your own Boss and do the things you love. You deserve it.

3. Every Night Before Bed..

Write down the best 3 experiences you had that day. This trains you to focus more on the positive. The more your focus is on the positive, the more confident you will be.

  1. 1) I drove to Missouri with my best friend to tour the Meramec caverns and we went zip lining for the first time
    2) Missouri has a law that persons under 18 can’t check into a hotel so we were stranded for a little bit until we found a shitty super 8 that let us stay
    3) we ate kfc in bed and jumped on the beds all night and played the floor is lava like kids 😂

  2. At the end of the day this is a life we all have to live. Sometimes it’s not going to be the best of days but we should never live our lives to meet other people’s expectations. We can’t blame our failures on others only on ourselves. If someone makes you unhappy, its because you allowed them to make you unhappy. I know for a fact its hard trying to keep a positive attitude somedays but I realize the days we feel like we’re failing, we just need to remind ourselves of all the success that has happened up to that point.
